z: I caved into cravings last night-am I screwed?
as long as the noodle was whole wheat...!!! whipping is good!hah
agreeing with you that the will power grows with every cleanse. I have virtually aced all dairy and sugar. Next is flour...just have to make lasagne with eggplant instead of noodles,I guess, but that is another story!
In the long run we are not as civilized as we would like to believe,by any means...
Our primal instincts and drives power our will. It takes a Master to discipline oneself to get beyond the basic and primevial urges and forces. That is what
The Master Cleanser is helping me do. To take full control of every sense, every whim, every temptation. On the surface the
Master-Cleanse instills the need for the control of hunger and provides for the cleansing of the digestive tracts and cells. Deeper though, for me, it develops a more keen focus on self control in every aspect. I tend to look at myself not in parts,ie:my stomach, my heart , my brain, yet as one. I am all connected. I am not fasting for 45 days to look better, loose weight or clean my body as much as I am cleaning my soul and ridding myself of the habits that make me slave to my whims.
rock on all ...take control!
