Liver flush without parasite cleanse?

Has anyone done the Liver Flush without doing the parasite cleanse first?I want to do the flush tonight but haven't done the cleanse,will it hurt me?Also have chronic constipation and have been told I have IBS.I don't think that's what I have but so far test show nothing wrong.Have had this severe problem for over a year.
Do you think the Liver Flush will help? Is there anything else I can Do?Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
