depending on the 'htu' ,I get 90,000.

I find that the 1/4 tsp is good ,promotes more eliminations for me.

I heard a radio show 20 someodd years ago and stanley said he did like 3 tablespoons a day of cayenne. sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
