well we are not cars...hee hee
everyone heals at thier own speed.
i did a couple Water Fasts and a couple MCers

i also cleaned up my diet.

but basically it happened for me over a period of late spring to the end of summer with everything i did:

-better diet
-vits
-more water (this makes a huge difference in me)
-no caffine
-master cleanse
-water fast
- parasite cleanse
