well everyone is different. some people its all liquid,sometimes it sludge, sometimes chunks and sometimes it is mucoid plauqe.
days 3 and 4 seem to be the worst for people.
the lemonade intake that kept me from being sluggish:
i skipped the swf because i cant tolerate it
i had two for breakfast and two waters inbetween
two for lunch and 2 waters
two for dinner and 2 waters
and then i might have one later at night and i usually had more than two waters in between. but i made sure i had at least two. otherwise i would feel draggy and not elminate much.
try that. i hope you feel better. it sould like you have detox low blood
