i swear i can feel the toxin build up. can you?

ok so its been almost a year since my cleanse. i am noticing dark circles are returning and slight headaches as well.

probably from my crap diet of as late. but i can also feel it in my joints.
i cant wait till i start the Master-Cleanse again. i wonder how much it will heal me considering that i have a lot less of a toxic build up than i did when i first did it. and my joints are not even close to as bad.

maybe this one will be the magic bullet cleanse that gets me back to myself.

anyone in here experience healing in stages like that thru fasting?
how long did you fast/mc?
how many times did it take you to "finish"
