well with any type of weight loss reguardless of your method your body will stop losing after its lost so much. the length of the stop depends on the individual.
a couple things you could do to increase your fat burning: drink more cold water than you are right now. do an activity for 60 minutes that gets your heart pumping.
you may want to have a lemonade on hand incase you get tired or dizzy while working out.
i am guessing you mean a liver cleanse as in flushing out the stones that have formed in your gallbladder from fasting? check out the "
Liver Flush Forum " on here. they are very helpful with that.
personally i skipped the liver flush. i upped the fat in my diet and a month later after a dull ache in my side i passed the stones.i was too nervous to do the liver flush. anyway. i am fine now.. fat is what pushes those stones out. so i am guessing my diet did what the
Liver Flush would of done but slowly and a bit at a time.
