As harsh as this may sound: There is no quick fix to lose weight. There are no miracle cures for weight.
Have you thought about how you want to change your diet after the fast? Do you have a plan? That's what I would think is important.
I fasted for 25 days and lost 12 lbs - I was thrilled with each lb that went. There were days when I didn't lose any weight but most days it was 1/2 lb. Now I have been off the fast for more than a week and have stayed at the same weight. I still have 10 - 15 lbs to go as well but I will lose the weight - it will take a while but I know I will get there.
Changing plans every few minutes or days won't help - it will make things worse.
Forget the scale, leave it under the bathroom counter for a week and then reweigh yourself. You are becoming too obsessed with the weight and the more you obsess the more you will have difficulties losing it.
Are you drinking enough lemonade with enough Maple Syrup? If you are not, you may enter starvation mode and then you will indeed not lose any weight. It's the same when you skip meals and hunger for days on end. You don't lose weight.
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING; Don't do this for ANYONE else besides YOURSELF!!!!!!!
