Day 3 done...its getting tougher

Its getting a bit tougher to stay with this, but i'm still going on with it. I hope it gets easier like i've heard. Someone had a heart to heart with me today about my diet, and his last words were "your going to die eventually, just like the rest of us". I did give that some thought, but in the end, i'm sticking with my diet.....ON to day 4
