Just a note to say how thankful I am for this forum. I would be so lost without
it! I was thinking about how much so many have helped me and others, I thought where would we be without it...so I made a donation...to my surprise ,curezone makes a commision from amazon.com to name a few, if we buy through here. I've done a dozen Mcs and now on day 5 of 45. I NEVER would have even dreamed of
attempting if not for the vets on this forum. Stanley B,as insightful and great as he was , was a lousy writer!So many things in the book are tough to decypher,for me anyway,and loose ended(I have a tough time using the word 'loose' these days)-this forum fills in the gap,believe me,I have searched high and low for answers prior to landing here. This is the place!

To all the new comers: READ READ READ...the answers to questions you can't even imagine are here and the more knowledgable one is the more confident and and secure one becomes. The Master Cleanse is not kidstuff!If you don't know what you are doing or guessing about what to do or when to do something, don't attempt it without help or serious research.
