Who has seen mucoid plaque / when ?

I was just wondering who has seen moderate to large quantities of mucoid plaque and when. During the fast ? After ? Did you do a Colonix type program after you began eating ? I see little pieces some mornings, but no "megladons". Best of luck to everyone on the cleanse.
