I think my headache is from parasite cleansing. It is a different kind of head ache than the one I get when I do not get enough sleep. I cannot go to sleep before 2AM and some times even later than that. Thank you for the information on the ornithine. I want to look for it today locally and if I cannot find any I guess I will order it online. I was reading about ornithine and it is an enzyme which will help get rid of the ammonia secreted by dead parasites. Now I am wondering why it is recommended to be used to help with sleep when doing a liver flush? Any clues? I am so new to this whole thing, that I do not understand much about any of the cleanses yet. Thanks again!
