Well I just read a few articles on the ineffetiveness & dangers of taking cayenne caps. To sum up, basically it's far more effective to let the cayenne first activate on your tongue before it enters your digestive system. I guess I'm going to try that from now on and see where how that goes... hopefully the stomach pains will go away!
Just wondering, how much cayenne/day do you guys normally take?
