Thanks for all your advice, I have increased water intake and yesterday I finished all 6 glasses of the juice. Last night I slept really well, no back pain! But unfortunately I went to the gym and did a slow circuit class and today I feel so sore all over! I won´t be doing that for a while!! Usually I just do Aquagym which I find is the best exercise, followed by 10 minutes in the jacuzzi and then either go for 10 minutes in the sauna or steam room! I would recommend this to everyone as your pores open up and it feels as if your toxins are coming out. My skin fells so soft and smooth and all blemishes have disappeared! Only 5 more days to go!
