Re: juicing lemons

I bought a really nice electric juicer on clearance just after Christmas -- $10 at Raleys. It does a great job, is easy to clean, and holds double the juice my other one did. Not that I juice that many lemons at a time, but the family loves fresh squeezed OJ in the mornings.

Be careful about juicing too far ahead. The fresher the juice, the better quality/quantity of vitamins and enzymes you get from it.
