Re: Day 9 is in the bag...I want to stop after day 10!
Thanks so much for your reply. I am so surprised that I've made it this far (along with so many others on this site!) and do feel a tremendous sense of accomplishment! WAHOO for all of us!
I was just hoping so much that my tongue would be clear & pink by now, but that probably takes quite awhile longer to reach that milestone.
One of my dear friends was prompted to start this cleanse, and she only made it 6 hours. She called herself a quitter, and I reassured her that this just wasn't the right time for her. I'll give her major points for even considering it. There's always another day/time. My motivation was that I was just "sick and tired of feeling sick and tired" so that was enough for me! I no longer feel sick & tired, which was my goal. I'll be 40 in May, and I think back to my high school days where we would go to Denny's for breakfast and consume coffee with cream, and onion rings with ketchup FOR BREAKFAST - OY! I wonder how much of that is/was still creeping around in my system?!?!?!
Enough chatter, you're right...I'm going to take this one day at a time. We'll see what tomorrow brings!
