Re: Anyone on Day 2??
There's definitely a possibility of more tearing up to come, regardless of bickering with other people. I think a big part of this cleanse is emotional---to do it, you've stick to something most people wouldn't dream of doing. BUT remember, the first few days REALLY are the hardest with the hunger! Once I got to day 3 last time, it was smooth sailing with that part--the thought of food comes and goes, but I think, as someone in another post mentioned, we are stronger than we think. PLus, after a few more days, you'll truly see the effects of the cleaning--it's amazing---I can't wait!
We've made it through day 2--just stay busy and try to understand that someone not doing the clease may not understand. Someone suggested trying to enjoy the smells--it's all just a mind gam. Tomorrow is just one day further...think of what a great thing you are doing for your body (I'm in medical school-and I know many people who would think I'm nuts for saying that), but from experience, I know how well my body responds.
Keep me posted on you progress--it's great to do this together!
