Re: Anyone on Day 2??

Hiya-I am on day two as well. So far so good physically. My hunger pains are few, I am enjoying the mental control over the physical desires as you said. This is my first Master-Cleanse so it is all new and am very happy I found this forum last night. It has answered so many questions and it's just great to mentally be in the same place as others.

My only issue is my roommate aka husband who is not being supportive. I know I asked him a lot but I did think that cooking inside the house for the first few days would be hell for me. We live in a 2 room studio. Anyway, he reheated ribs last night and I was absolutely shocked. We have since come to the agreement that he can cook whatever he wants! Great compromise on his part, eh But it was such a bad fight, our worst ever. I gave in b/c I don't want the subject to come up again and it IS my fast, not his. I just thought he could help me a little. We are newlyweds so we are still learning a lot about each other. This one is not a good one...

But I don't want to go thru this one step away from tearing up, you know? Have you noticed any extra emotion today? I feel totally depleted.

Anyway, I feel proud of myself even though I am a bit out of it and a bit weepy.
