Re: Anyone starting this week?
I will be starting on Friday (I usually have successful cleanses if I start right about the time my period starts - don't know why???) I have been eating more vegees all week, and am almost ready to start.
I usually aim for about 2 weeks, sometimes longer. I use 1/2 the maple syrup and lose about 2
pounds per day for the first 5-7 days. Then my weight loss slows.
I have a new (used) treadmill, and plan to walk 3 miles, every other day. I may do strength training on the alternate days, but it just depends on how my joint pain is.
My last few attempts have failed before I started, but I have committed to this cleanse, and even bought 5 gallons of syrup as I plan to do multiple cleanses over the next few months. In the past, I have done my
Liver Flushes at the end of each MC. They have been very successful. When I'm about ready to end the MC, I start adding the apple juice (for 2-3 days), then continue with the
Master-Cleanse lemonade and diluted orange juice to finish breaking my fast after the liver flush. That is my plan this time as well.
