Re: Anyone else starting on Jan 1st???

Hi.

On the recommendation of my doctor, I started the Master-Cleanse four days ago. She advised me to take the supplements she gave me at the same time. I'm taking Candibactin-AR, Hypothalmex, Symplex F, Chaste Tree, and Serotonin-Dopamine Liquesence (I have systemic candidiasis).

On Day 2, I weakened and gave in to fajitas for dinner. Started again on Master-Cleanse the next day, so I guess that technically today is Day 2 now. I have had horrendous heartburn since beginning the Master-Cleanse and last night I vomited about 2 hours after I drank the laxative tea. This morning, I drank four cups of lemonade (2 at 10am, 2 at noon) but didn't put in the cayenne pepper because I had thrown up so much of it last night that it made me nauseous to think about it. I also didn't take any of my supplements and I felt okay (tired, caffeine withdrawal headache).

I had 1 cup of lemonade with the cayenne around 3pm and shortly after that I took the Candibactin. Within an hour, I had severe heartburn. I took one Tagamet tablet. A half hour later I was extremely nauseous. Although I don't know if it's okay on the MC, I took an Alka-Seltzer and two more Tagamets. It's 5:30 now and although I'm hungry, I am also nauseous and feel like I'm going to vomit again.

So...should I stop the supplements? Should I have heartburn this bad (I have horrible heartburn regularly)?

BTW-After reading so much about the SWF, I was nervous about it. After completing it, I've discovered that that is the only part of the MC that I am enjoying. I feel so much better afterwards.

I'm open to any and all advice on this. I want to do the MC, but right now, my family's dinner smells so good and I just feel like I would feel better if I ate something. Thanks in advance.
