Well... I guess I'm pretty darn old! LOL I just turned 50 (with a clean pink colon!!!). I don't think age is necessarily the prime factor--go to the Liver Flush Forum and ask any questions you may have. GREAT folks there with tons of experience and info.

I wish I had flushed my liver back in my late 20s/early 30s, when I started having such trouble with my face!

Hindsight is a wonderful thing...
