When I get off the fast, what is the best way to break it (10 days)?? Last time I did this, I drank organic orange juice. Is it best to buy the oranges and make it myself? It seems to me I would need like 20 oranges! To make 2 cups. Anyways, please let me know how many ounces to drink on day 1, and then do I eat vegetable broth on day 2, and then consume normal eating (fruits, vegetables etc) afterwards?
