Thanks for the info. When you say "Continue eating light for 30 days", do you mean gradually increase over the 30 days or eat the same amount for 30 days, and THEN gradually increase? Also, about how many calories would you consider "light eating"? I am 5"5 and weigh 130. Like I said, last time, I ate bad when I got off the fast, lots of fast food, etc. This time I am going to try to stay away from processed foods.
