Re: Is laxative tea /SWf really necessary? I did MC before w/o either

The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is not necessary, but the herbal laxative tea is. The reason you have to help yourself eliminate is that you are taking in only liquid and no fiber. The toxins in your body will just sit there if you don't flush them out. You can have good results, not doing the total cleanse, but imagine the results you could have had if you did the total cleanse. And you have now reabsorbed those toxins into your system only to try and rid them once again should you decide to do the MC. Kinda like stepping backwards.
Next time try it at the onset of the cleanse and keep it up all the way through. This should help with the bleeding and kidney pain that you had last time. It will be much more gradual and less invasive on your system. I only do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) when I feel things are not moving as they should, not on a regular basis... I rely on the tea to keep things processing out of my system.
Best of luck to you and I hope this answers your questions.
