Weird Liver flukes? Or something else?

Hi all
I wanted to share this image. These came out of me after a liver flush.
I caught them in Perú, I believe after drinking water from the river that I was told was safe to drink.
They have been the bane of my life for the last three months. I’ve still got symptoms but they have died right down thankfully
These include lose bowels smelly farts tingly hands, rash, aching joints
Any tips on how I can completely iradicate them would be much appreciated.
Before the flush I did a parasite cleanse (wormwood, Black-Walnut , cloves) and I’m taking dismay across earth which seems to be working too
