Sure, sterilised, heat treated, frozen milk is mucus food. As a matter of fact, ANYTHING heat treated is mucus food. Because the body views cooked food as poison so it manufactures mucus immediately to protect itself from processed 'food'.

Raw, never heated, never cooled coming from unvaccinated, unpoisoned, pasture raised goats is medicine/gold.

The problem is finding that kind of quality of goat milk. Good luck finding it.
