Can any tell me what these are???

So I wanted to share my experience
Around two months ago I came back from a trip to Peru
About a week after I started itching around my waiste
I had some spots (around ten or so) in that area and also one under my armpit.
The itched like crazy at night for s bit and then would stop like the itching wasn’t prolonged
After a few more weeks I started getting intestinal issues. I had one bout of diarea but that was it. The gi symptoms carried on I felt slightly nauseas and the problem would fluctuate between constipation and feeling diarreary but without the full diarrea.
Just loose stools.
Fast forward a month and now it’s mainly lots of gurgling after I eat and when I’m hungry. The spots are still there two. They were diagnosed as scabies to start with. Othe itching is really weird two of them itch mostly. The rest have faded but can tingle sometimes
Different foods seem to Aggrigatd my stomach more than others
This has carried on now for almost two months. I’ve been throwing everything at it and am now drinking Wormwood tea Black-Walnut and cloves every day.
I also went for my first colonic yesterday.
On top of this im getting a tingling feeling in my hands and s cold sensation up my arm.
I just don’t know what’s going on but luckily I found this forum with people who seem to have similar issues.
I’ve attatched a picture. These things have been coming out of me and they look very suspicious but I have no idea what they are.
One I’ve seen a lot of like small white tissues sometimes with what look like eggs in there
The other image looks like a worm but I’m not sure
Any help is much appreciated!

Oh and I stared a parasite cleanse last week
Wormwood herbs (boiled in a drink)
Black walnut (tincture 3 drops)
Cloves (boiled in a drink)

I’ve read some stories about the Hilda Clark protocol causing pins and needles. It was there a bit before but has become more apparent since starting the cleanse
