When it comes to vitamins----they made synthetics of all between 1920-late 40's------even though Hulda Clark was a SUPER VITAMIN FREAK---she also believed all medical testing is flawed......so with vitamins----all their testing and conclusions are based on the commercial / lab created --established" synthetic vitamins--which are not vitamins. I liked the B6 M.D. because from the get go, he said he only ever used synthetic vitamin B 6 injections and pills---never ever once making mention of what real Vitamin B 6 is--------authors will say you get it from meats and vegetables---but also ad if you cook it, all the vitamins are gone.

so in theory---the city dweller may never consume real / live vitamins and I am not convinced they even know what vitamins are----it is all based on what 2 drs decided 100 years ago and a new industry was created....


YET all their endless books and theories may all have some benefit.

WEIGHT and STRENGTH are the 2 most interesting results---------- gov does not care too much about strength, but Hulda Clark said the fastest path to their jails if you dare tell people how to loose weight.............1 author, a lady wrote a small booklet about how women could loose weight back in the 60's and the organized destroyed her--threatened her, took her mail and no more books or history about her again--same with the lady that discovered how cow milk could be made usable qs human baby milk---they shut her factory down and was never heard of again.


The selection of "each" thing is what medical had to do pre 1960's----endless blind studies, kissing up to the professors/elites that only wanted to destroy any M.D. that discovered anything new---

IN NATURE there is no such thing as "1'......................."1" is what a scientist does......in Nature Dr. John R. Christopher believed that you take everything you :think" you know about 1 herb / food and there are over 1,000 things you don't know and will never know.

In the 1600's a fellow wrote a book saying humans can thrive on eating flowers---another proved humans could live well on peanuts..... Wild flowers back then maybe did no harm or you spit out the bad ones----but who KNOWS FLOWERS? The BEES KNOW and if there were ever true vitamins-----especially all the B vitamins the best of their info suggest search the FLOWERS----

Only 1 Dr. really stressed to never cook, he did not even like anything to do with alcohol or any form of acids (clark loved her acids) WHY? Because he believed in VITAMINS sand he hated the idea of all synthetic vitamins--he believed them to be poisons.

Take B6 for an example----a dr believed in miracles at 50 mg per day----but even he admitted that ______mg per day could kill you. IN NATURE I doubt any amount of vitamins would kill anyone---when you ate enough you would be full and have no desire to eat too much foods.

SYNTHETIC VITAMINS do kill

2 cleveland _________ M.D. 25+ YEARS AGO befriended some amish and trained them to do their own operations at home..They became friends, good friends with some of the higher up amish home drs/dentist and these 2 M.D. trained them to use vitamins in large dosages to obtain a medical/.drug affect and these amish LOVED IT----not only did 2 of the high up amish OD on vitamins, 1 of the M.D. also killed himself on too many vitamins---vitamins anyone can buy in most any food store-------not true vitamins, but true synthetic chemical formulas -----no one has any clue what long term damage is done to future generations------

REAL VITAMINS and ORGANIC Plants / Tree Minerals / Ocean salts can be amazing----but all the commercial crap people eat and drink and breath makes longevity a struggle --



I will always believe that when the best formula of q-10 style foods can be put into 1 blend---1 ounce per day should be plenty to live on-----the only way to experiment with such things is to be a fasting expert and when coming off a "fast"---experiment and see what foods/herbs/vitamins, etc. keeps the body happy the longest.
