i didn't know that heartburn from salt was not normal i always asumed the heartburn was my bodys way of telling me salt was bad i did go to the enema forum was kind of intimidating so many different kinds wow i think for now i'll stick with your suggestions i do have one problem i live in a small town and we don't have a drug store any more any ideas on were i might find a enema kit or possably something els i could use that would work just as good
i do have good new though the swf finaly worked to day holy cow seriouly gross it made me feel better after i must be horribly pluged up because i starting to feel bloated again around 3:30 just courious can you use the swf more then once a day its gross but i'm willing to try if it will make me feel better
