I had Lugols also the taste of it is not so good lol .

I ordered iodoral 50 mg few days back , i need to buy the ATP co factors also.

Anyone know is sodium Iodide good form ? or what is the difference to potassium Iodide ? and can sodium Iodide be also take high doses ?

What happen in this forum ? not much discussion anymore here ?
