Hi. I am hypothyroid. I started with 6mg and worked my way up to over 75 mg slowly. Im trying to get to 100 mg or 16 drops. Im now on 13 drops but I raise it every 2 to 3 weeks.

Just make sure u take co-supplements especially selenium.

U will be ok if take slowly. Chris
