read the bible. or go back some months or years and read my forum. there is wisdom in a multitude of counselors. i used and posted berg. and shawn baker. and and ken berry. and darren schmidt (another chiro that you probably need because of your parasites). and recently, joey schwartz has been putting a lot of this together and explains exactly why you are not even close to being done with the damage done to you by this system.
