I DONT DO SEED OILS.CAN YOU READ?I FOLLOW DR. BERGS PERSONAL DIET...STARTED OCT.14 AND IN 2 WEEKS THE INFLAMATION LEFT MY BODY...BY DEC 26 45 lb weight loss..20 carbs a day..fasting 20 hrs...Im on no meds...never a surgery to date.Im starting to understand whats going on here.seems like folks are trying to get thier forums deleted on purpose..Why would that happen?..They may want to hide,I mean...why else try to destroy their own work.If i had some of the stuff you have posted on here,I would want it erased as well.But trying to discredit me for your benifit.NO THANKS.ILL HOLD MY CARDS...BE WELL"
