Parasitic infection

So I am having difficulty getting rid of a parasitic infection I have a so called non cancerous tumor in my rectal area paranemium has holes in it and underneath is prolapse. It starts out with yeast like growth on hand and feet so I get cream well and take a regime of supplements. The holes are seriously bothering me I am almost convinced some kind of silk worm that turns into a type of winged parasites moth like that but I don’t know for sure have picture Tweet
