Well it's day 4 for me and I feel great. Finally had some bm's with the assistance of a suppository. I expect it to me easy going for the next few days. Just gotta make sure I don't put myself in any compromising positions with food. But, I'll be okay. I've been working out everydays since I've started. I'm quite surprised at the amount of energy I have it's great. From my experience it gets a little tough again around day 9 and 10, but I'm holding out for the full 10 days. How are the rest of you 4 dayers holding up?
