I am on day 3 too. There is a certain "spring" to my walk. Just a friendly tip for the day: Remember, there is power in words. I think it does not help when you use words like 'hungry', 'craving', 'difficult', etc. Instead, change your vocabulary to "Wow I am on day 3! If they can do day 4, maybe I can do day 4 too." For sure there will always be distractions, excuses and hindrances along the way but always pull back your focus on the goal and not on the process. Take one day at a time. When you are in day 4, then talk yourself into following the "day-fivers," and so on and so forth. And you will feel that you are stronger than you thought you were. Don't sell yourself short. If you say you can't, then you won't. Certainly, there will be naysayers around you. Well, dig deeper and prove them wrong. "You've got the goods it takes to win." Yeah! The saying "If there's a will, there's a way" is so cliched but still powerful. It has driven people to climb Mt. Everest, build skyscrapers, invent gizmos, discover new worlds, fly to the moon, score touchdowns, win ballgames, build businesses, etc.
