Nice to see so many out there. I'm starting a few days later than planned because I needed to get focused on success and health. So, tonight I had brocolli and mandarin oranges, 2 spoons of ice cream (my biggest temptation), and I'll be having my tea soon. I started the tea last night but woke up feeling "not ready" mentally. Tomorrow, I WILL be ready. 1 month with no solid food. My daughter can't wait to tell her friend at school that "Mom's not eating again until 2006!"
I'm going to be using limes (as approved by the book), because they are 7 for a dollar, and the lemons here are 2 for a dollar. Easy decision! Nice change, too. I use the tea twice per day, and enemas as time allows. I usually have a rough first week, and then sail through week 2. Week 3 is usually when I get my first serious "cleansing crisis". I'm going to stick it out, and make it at least through the end of the month.
