Hey LL and other 6 day-ers,

Glad to hear everything is fine.

I agree with the tea. Sometimes it works in 3 hrs sometimes 8hrs.

I haven't experienced the cold hands or feet or maybe I haven't noticed it because I'm usally cold anyway.

I am experiencing some ...gas. Anybody else?, I feel a little bloated. Otherwise I feel the same as I always do...a bit tired. I am waiting for the energy that I hear about from others to kick in. Hope it gets here soon because I will be ending at day 10. Does anybody else feel the same way or has the rejuvenation kicked in for you?

How much weight have you lost? My is about 7-8 lbs. if that can be some sort of a gauge for you.

Keep up the great work! Our sacrificing will pay off!
