Hi! I know this question is 13 years old but...did you ever make those pregnancy kits? Also, did Dr. Christopher recommend not starting changese in pregnancy if it hadn't been taken prior? I'm enrolled in the School of Natural Healing and reading all I can. I just want proper information. Any insight on what to do to have a fast, easy labor?
