Question On Changease Herbs and Prenatal Herbs

Dr. Mom,

I have read your book, MH's material, Book 1, and many of Dr. Christophers books on herbs and pregnancy. I saw where he suggested that the woman take the changease herbs also known as the hormone balance from before conception and onwards. Not sure if I can afford to take these the entire time but was wandering if taking this herbal formula the last few months of pregnancy and after would help to keep my hormones balalnced and deter postpartum depression. Is this formula safe since Dr. Christopher prescribed it to his patients or suggestsed it to women in his books.

Also....would like to take the prenatal he suggested the last six weeks of pregnancy to prepare for a good birth! Do you suggests these also!

One more question! Are you still wanting to put together a good Pregnancy Kit for the pregnant ladies? Thanks!
