Proziquantel and hives reaction

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has experience with Proziquantel and hives. I experienced hives after the second dose. I've read that this can be attributed to both a hypersensitivity reaction as well as a symptom of parasite die off. I wanted to ask the board's opinion on this because allergic reaction is not supposed to be common, but the reaction could escalate next time if it is an allergy. Thanks for any info. Tweet
