So up until this afternoon I've been feeling great. But at the moment I feel foggy, not hungry, but really craving something with more flavour than the lemonade drink!
I was reading through the posts and stumbled upon someone's recommendation for vegweb.com and began browsing... after a while I realised I was making life VERY difficult for myself so i logged off!
now i'm just wanting to eat something. I will be so proud of myself if i make it to 10 days, because right now it just seems SUCH a long way off.
I don't have lots of weight to lose, (although a little would be nice) but i'm doing this mostly to see if I can - the whole 'mind over matter' thing!
Anyone got any inspiration for me. I could use a whole lot!
