Trembling and little brown balls in stools.

I have been on a Humaworm cleanse for over a month and am still seeing a lot of creepy critters. One that puzzles me is about the size of a very small grape and is brown. I have not seen it on parasite galleries. Do you know what it is?

Also has anyone else had two or three bouts of trembling each day with the cleanse?
