Re: signs of sleep disorders

My sleep problems started when I was young, when I was a student. When you constantly worry about exams, write papers at night and still have time to go for walks with friends, there is absolutely no time to sleep. But when you start working, you need to build the right relationship with sleep, almost like a partner, because the powerlessness from lack of sleep will not help you invest in deadlines.

One day, a fellow writer sent me an article with debate discussion topics in which scientists discussed the topic of insomnia. There I found advice that helped me get rid of insomnia once and for all. It consisted in the fact that approximately two hours before you are going to go to bed - do not look at any gadgets at all (phone, laptop or even TV). Thus, you do not strain your eyesight, do not overdry the mucous membrane of the eye and give the brain a rest. It really helped me, I advise you to try it too.
