Movement in feet

Albendazole seemed to scatter something for myself and my children, it’s in our feet now. I can feel something moving around (have for months) and have a lot of foot pain, my children are complaining of foot pain and occasionally I see what looks like a black thread like worm at the top of their foot. It also causes nerve pain. What might this be? Tweet
