Re: tonsil stone & yes they are nasty

Hi plantsheal, thank you so much for responding to my post. Can you please tell me how your tonsil stones came out and if you have a recurring or continued condition? In order to reduce my bad breath during this cleanse i'm rinsing my mouth with 3% H202 (50%) and water (50%) I also purchased some Tom's of Maine mouth wash.. It's a combination of witch hazel and aloe vera. This may also be a factor in coughing these up during this fast. Not sure about anything really. Thank you for the links and again i'm so happy you exist and provided help for me and anyone else reading this. My dentists never told me anything! The back of my tongue has been white since high school. Maybe they did'nt know about tonsil stones. I guess we're evolving. Warmest Regards!! Tweet
