Just meant you are taking more than a few things which may be contributing to your problem. You are taking a couple of different fat burners, also a supplement which *boosts* the effect of others, and green tea on top of that. It could be that you are having a reaction?? Cranberry also flushes the kidneys and it could be you are experiencing "kidney grit". Not like stones but smaller. You are not at an age to be having prostrate problems but the symptom you gave is something that happens as the prostrate enlarges. It could something which could be as simple as a urinary irritant like spicy food or coffee etc. It could be more serious and indicate a urinary tract infection or an STD. If it continues you may consider not waiting to get it taken care off.
