Re: Coffee enemas, dehydration and candida?

I’m sorry, I meant 2 tsp of psyllium.

Atm I’m not taking bentonite, because I’m starting the Hollistic Horizons Colon Cleanse program. Which indicates to have a “Initial test” with 2 tsp of their bulking powder which has 90% psyllium by weight and some other things such as Dandelion Root, cloves and calcium pantothenate.

I was dehydrated before adding psyllium and coffee enemas, and I was going at least daily. My mistake was adding psyllium + coffee enemas and mag citrate at the same time, which we know just psyllium and magnesium need lots of extra water to function properly.

Now I’m at level A of the program, reduced the psyllium by 1 tsp, will reduce coffee enemas once per week and will stop using magnesium for now because my bowels became to watery after adding magnesium.

I have like a mix of constipation with loose or not well formed stools.
Dehydration is a key component to all this.

My ultimate goal is to complete the Colon Cleanse with hollistic Horizons, then when I get more regular to add Parastroy to kill any parasite/worm and then after that I want to do some liver/gallbladder flushing with some anti candida protocol..

My current goal is to clean the bowel with psyllium and hollistic horizon herbs which I’ve read they give good results. Maybe later add the p&b shakes, but I’ve read those can constipate so I’m trying other route.
