Coffee enemas, dehydration and candida?

Hey there!

This is my first post on this forum, I mainly post on the Dysbiosis/candida. My question is if someone else have felt constipated with coffee enemas?

My Dr told me I’m dehydrated and I believe him, before treating my gut issues, I was constantly taking pre workouts with high amounts of caffeine + creatine (long term), which in my opinion caused my dehydration. Coffee is a diuretic and creatine absorbes water.

I just started using coffee enemas again to help the liver detox, and at the same time I started to use psyllium for a Colon cleanse, but just 2 tbps. I was having a bowel movement daily but since the psyllium and coffee enemas, ive been slightly constipated. At the beginning coffee enemas were great, because I felt very energetic but when the week passed I started to feel more constipated + my urine color is darle even though I’ve been drinking good amounts of water.

Any recommendations for dehydration?
Would you guys think coffee enemas are contributing to dehydration?
I think I will continue with psyllium since I know I have plaque and want tl get rid of that.
