Please help! I'm unsure of what my bowels are trying to tell me (warning: poop pictures!)

Please help. I'm not sure what is going on with my system.
Last week there was one stressful day. Following that my bowel movenents became more frequent and definitely more runny. After about a day, no fast food, I looked up possible reasons.
I thought maybe I might have had a gluten problem (as I guess it's hereditary in the family), so I cut it for about 4 days. I felt less bloated that's for sure.
During day 2 of no gluten, the 1st pic appeared. It was better, but floating and those white spots, which I thought helped verify my problem.

Then day 4, 2nd pic appeared (which those bits are actually more on the green side)....and I became less sure of my problem. So last night and this morning I figured I'd test my gluten problem and ate some. So far, nothing.

This mornings movement was more regular, with only some of what was in pic 1.

Any ideas please? It's driving me nuts.
The only symptoms I have are changes in bowels, slight intestinal discomfort and I guess bloating.


And now 3rd picture has happened. And the black specs concern me. I don't know if this is a parasite or a GI problem....
